Offered are two multi-signed baseballs featuring great New York Yankees and historical seasons. The first baseball has been signed in blue pen by the three players who have thrown perfect games in Yankees history. David Cone signed his name on the sweet spot with Don Larsen’s signature on the side panel, along with the inscription “Perfect Game 5 1956 World Series 10-8-56. David Wells’ signature is on the other side panel and his inscription reads “5-17-98”.
The other baseball in this lot has been signed by the three pitchers who gave up Roger Maris home runs in during his historic home run chase of 1961. All of the signatures are in black pen with the sweet spot signature being Tracy Stallard of the Red Sox, who inscribed “#61 10/1/61”. The other signatures include Paul Foytack of the Tigers on the side panel, who inscribed “#1 Maris 4/26/61” and the other side panel signature of Orioles pitcher Jack Fisher who inscribed “#60 9/26/61”. This baseball comes with a PSA/DNA STICKER ONLY (H28589) and the entire lot has been pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
