Louisville Slugger M9 model D200 Buster Posey professional model bat, with cupped end, is un-cracked and exhibits evidence of excellent use. Several ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on the left and back barrel. Cleat marks are visible on the left and back barrel. Also visible on the bat are green bat rack streaks and red contract streaks. There is a moderate coat of Mota Stick on the handle. The mark visible on the handle identifies the face grain of the bat. This is a mandatory marking, per Major League Baseball, for all maple bats since January 2009. The date of manufacture (07/27/12), length (34.0) and weight (31.0) are stamped on the knob as well as "VM" (Vacuum Maple) and "LDM" (Low Density Maple). Posey has signed the bat in black sharpie and added the notation "GU 12 12 NL MVP". PSA/DNA LOA with a grade of GU 10.
