This brilliant antique pool table was designed by Brunswick in the 1880’s to provide the highest level beauty and elegance available in a professional format table. This table has been completely restored with all original parts. This table features extensive hand inlays and multiple patterns of multiple exotic wood types featured on the legs, the cabinet front, the back as well as the sides of the cabinet and of course on the sides of the rails. The table features a birdseye maple body with multi color Grecian floral inlay patterns in several different colors throughout the table. In Brunswick's archives it lists the following woods as having been utilized in building the brilliant novelty and they are rosewood, maple, mahogany, ash burl, French walnut, tulip-wood, California laurel , ebony and holly among others. This table also includes exquisite red and green hand made macramé pockets. All the diamond sites are genuine ivory. the cabinet has radiused corners with inlays. And leather trim and chrome steel at the top of the pocket attachments. This table is a professional tournament table and is nine foot in size. The playing surface is a four piece Vermont slate playing surface only the best. This brilliant novelty true antique by Brunswick fully restored lives up to its name as a joyful expression of high Victorian style, a masterpiece in craftsmanship and materials and the ultimate professional playing surface for a castle or a mansion or your home at the end of the cul de sac. This table is in pristine antique condition. It's notable that Brunswick has a special order remake available of this table for $40000.00 a remake mind you.
