Hall of Famer Dave Winfield bounced back from a debilitating back injury in 1991, hitting his 400th career home run and hitting for the cycle against the Royals. His remarkable reemergence won him the Comeback Player of the Year Award. The two-tone Rawlings DW20 model bat is un-cracked and shows heavy use. Ball marks with deep stitch impressions are on its barrel and a light coat of pine tar is found on the handle. The barrel has “DAVE WINFIELD ANGELS” in block letters and his number “32” and “WIN” are hand written on the knob end. A great looking gamer from Winfield’s most triumphant season. This bat comes with a Letter of Authenticity from MEARS who have graded this bat an A9.
