Pittsburgh Steelers right guard David DeCastro wore this Pittsburgh Steelers Nike On Field size 46 road white mesh jersey during the International Series game vs. the Minnesota Vikings at Wembley Stadium in London, England on September 29, 2013. The Vikings held off a fourth quarter Steelers charge, winning 34-27 in front of 83,518 fans.
This jersey shows heavy game use with various dirt and scuff marks consistent with playing on a grass field. DeCastro’s number “66” is sewn on the front, back and shoulders in black tackle twill. The sleeves have been tailored to fit around the shoulder pads and have the Steelers yellow and black striping pattern. “DeCASTRO” is sewn on in yellow and black tackle twill on a matching white mesh nameplate and sewn on to the upper back. The NFL shield vinyl patch is sewn on to the base of the v-neck and the Steelers circular logo patch is sewn on the upper left chest. The Nike tag with a “+4 LENGTH” has been sewn on the inside back neck. This jersey comes with a NFL PSA/DNA COA (2N00298) which authenticates this jersey to the specific game in London.
