This is the game that launched the modern day Super Bowl. This used ticket stub is from the “Third World Championship Game” at the Orange Bowl in Miami, Florida on January 12, 1969, where Joe Namath and the upstart AFL New York Jets recorded one of the greatest upsets in football history by defeating the heavily favored NFL Baltimore Colts 16-7. Measuring 2 ½ x 5 ¼ inches, this yellow variation stub has been encapsulated by PSA/DNA (31881462) and graded “VG-EX 4”.
