Before the Oakland Athletics baseball team settled in Oakland, California, they originated in Philadelphia, and then moved to Kansas City. This book illustrated the moves of the baseball team, as Kansas City struggled to inherit the team, and move onto the Major Leagues. This book is a hardcover with, a green cover sleeve. The sleeve is worn on the corners, and has some tears on the top trim. The first page within the book contains signatures by legendary Negro League star Buck O’Neil, and Roger Marris, with the inscription “To Dan Good Luck”.
