Offered in this lot is a metal statue standing at 15 inches tall brushed and painted to give the feel and aesthetic appeal of a stone statue. The statue illustrates a baseball player in a follow-through swing taken from a southpaw stance. On the back of the player’s number on the jersey is “15”, and the statue stands on its base. This piece was signed by “The Iron Man” Cal Ripken Jr. Ripken and inscribed in bold gold marker. The inscription reads “1983 AL MVP” and this signed and inscribed statue comes with a COA from PSA/DNA (7A88075).
