All time saves leader Mariano Rivera finished his soon-to-be Hall of Fame career with 652 saves. Rivera notched his 638th save during the New York Yankees 2-0 win against the Minnesota Twins on July 12, 2013. Rivera, who was pitching in his final season, retired the Twins in order in the bottom of the 9th inning to preserve the victory. This Official Major League Allan H. Selig baseball was used during the July 12th game where Rivera got the save. This ball shows excellent game use dirt stains and an area on the commissioner’s stamp that is worn. Rivera signed his name in blue pen and inscribed “Save 638” on the sweet spot. This baseball comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (EK 689357) and two Steiner holograms.
