Presented is a commemorative Official League baseball with the painted color image of Joe DiMaggio on the side panel. Below his image is “39/100” and DiMaggio has signed his name on the sweet spot blue pen. Four other New York Yankees greats have signed this ball with the signatures of Hall of Famers Yogi Berra and Whitey Ford appearing on the panel directly to the left of DiMaggio’s signature. On the panel to the right of DiMaggio’s signature are the signatures of Mariano Rivera, Derek Jeter and Hall of Famer Phil Rizzuto. This commemorative ball has printed in black “JOE DIMAGGIO Heralded as one of the greatest baseball players of all-time. He led the Yankees to nine World Series victories in thirteen years, and hit safely for fifty-six consecutive games in 1941. DiMaggio was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1955.” This baseball comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA.
