Just how special was Miguel Cabrera’s 2012 season? The Detroit Tigers third baseman became the first player since Boston Carl Yastrzemski in 1967 to achieve Major League Baseball’s elusive Triple Crown award. Cabrera posted a .330 batting average with 44 home runs and 139 RBI that season to earn the feat.

This Tigers road jersey was worn by Cabrera during his 2012 American League Triple Crown season and features “Detroit” scripted across the chest with “CABRERA” across the top back and his number “24” on both sides in navy blue on orange and white tackle twill. The front left tail of the jersey features a “Majestic Authentic Collection” manufacturer’s label with a white strip tag below that reads “24 50 ’12 487.” Cabrera has signed and inscribed this jersey "Game Used”, “Triple Crown 2012 and “24" in silver marker on the “4” of his 24 on the back of the jersey. The jersey shows evidence of light game use and comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (AB11566) for his signature and a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
