Offered here is a pair of rare items signed by Mickey Mantle. The first is a copy of The Mick’s book, My Favorite Summer 1956. This book, the collector edition, features a color photograph of Mantle in his hitting stance. His signature is in blue sharpie on the front, as well as a note that says “1956”. This book is an account of Mantle’s unreal 1956 campaign, where he slugged a career-high 52 home runs, knocked in 130 runs, hit .353, and won the American League MVP award. Mantle also won the American League Triple Crown in ’56. This item comes with a PSA/DNA LOA (AB13009).

      The second item in this lot is a souvenir hat from the 1988 MLB All-Star Game, held at the Cincinnati Reds’ Riverfront Stadium. Mickey Mantle signed the brim of this white hat in black sharpie. The hat also features the blue and red logo of the 1988 Midsummer Classic front and center. This item comes with a PSA/DNA LOA (AB13008).
