      Despite injuries to their pitching staff and Hall of Famer Red Schoendienst, the 1958 Milwaukee Braves repeated as National League Champions by eight games over the Pittsburgh Pirates, thanks in large part to the pitching of Hall of Famer Warren Spahn and Lew Burdette. Offered is this Official Warren Giles National League Baseball that has been signed by 29 members of the pennant winning team during Spring Training in 1958. This baseball is in good condition, with the stampings still in good condition and the blue-ink signatures displaying nicely. Signatures include Hall of Famer Eddie Mathews, Ernie Johnson, Hall of Famer Red Schoendienst, Hall of Famer Hank Aaron, Wes Covington and Johnny Logan on one panel. Another panel having the signatures of Bob Hazle, Don Nottebart, Carl Willey, Gene Conley, Del Crandall, Casey Wise, Don Kaiser and Lew Burdette. The opposite side the panel has the signatures of Bob Rush, Al Spangler, Carl Sawatski, Lee Maye, Felix Mantilla, Juan Pizarro, Joe Adcock, Hall of Famer Warren Spahn, Del Rice and Bub Buhl. The panel with the Spalding stamp has the signatures of Humberto Robinson, Andy Pafko, an unidentified player, John DeMerit and an unidentified player. There is a clubhouse signature of Fred Haney on the sweet spot, along with two unidentifiable players. This baseball comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (AB11868).
