Offered is this size 48 navy blue button-down Detroit Tigers Majestic Cool Base road batting practice jersey that was issued to, and worn by, perennial all-star Miguel Cabrera during the 2014 season. All of the letters and numbers are sewn on in orange tackle twill and the team strip tag sewn on the left front tail reads “24 48 ’14 178”. This jersey comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ 313809). “JSG” has been written on the Detroit Tigers Majestic label in black marker, penned by Tigers clubhouse manager Jim Schmakel verifying the item was indeed worn by Cabrera. 

     Also included in this lot is a Franklin batting glove that was worn by Cabrera during the 2014 season. This glove has a gray leather palm and back of the fingers, with orange trim on the inside of the fingers. The glove is for the right hand and the back of the strap has the MLB logo in Tigers’ colors. His “24” is in black next to the strap and beneath the “Franklin” patch on the back of the hand is a “MVP 2012-2013” logo. This glove shows excellent game use and come with a LOA from JT Sports.
