Boston Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz “Big Papi” spent his final season in the Majors in 2016 and helped lead the Red Sox to the American League Eastern Division title. Ortiz finished his brilliant career with 541 home runs and 38 of those came in his last hurrah. His 127 RBI led the American league.
