Offered here is a New York Yankees batting helmet signed by Mickey Mantle. The Commerce Comet, he of 536 career home runs, signed this navy-blue helmet on the brim in silver Sharpie. Mantle’s trademark looping M’s are present in his signature. This helmet is an authentic piece of MLB equipment from the Diamond Collection. The Yankees iconic interlocking N-Y logo is on the front of the helmet and immediately brings to mind the legendary hitting of countless Bronx Bombers, from Ruth and Gehrig to DiMaggio, Mantle, and Jeter.
