Former New York Yankees shortstop and future Hall of Famer Derek Jeter led a furious comeback against the Boston Red Sox on September 14, 2007 at Fenway Park. The Yankees scored six runs on six hits, including one by The Captain, to erase a 7-2 deficit putting New York on top for good in their 8-7 victory. This Official Major League Allan H. Selig baseball was used during that September 14th game at Fenway Park. This ball displays outstanding use with dirt stains and scuff marks present throughout. There is a large dirt/clay spot to the left of the sweet spot and Jeter signed his name on that sweet spot in blue pen. This baseball comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (BB 630683) dating this baseball to the September 14th game and Jeter’s signature and a hologram from Steiner Sports (19655).
