$1000 Equestrian Series Bond, Dated Feb. 11th 1864. Fifty-Nine of the Original Sixty Redemption coupons are attached. Remarkable condition for its age. Bond is currently framed (not expertly) and can easily be removed and re-framed if desired. The item has fold lines, but no tears. A very impressive display piece, but what is most important is only one of the 60 interest coupons had been redeemed (Jan 1965, while was as still on), meaning there are 59 attached interest coupons. Bonds have Confederate Treasury stamp and is signed by the Register of the treasury. Incredible piece of American history
