On May 17, 1998, former Yankee’s pitcher David Wells pitched a perfect game against the Minnesota Twins at Yankee Stadium. This was the 15th perfect game at the time, as the historical moment was captured in this lot of (10) photographs by artist Arthur K. Miller. David Wells can be seen, over the shoulders of his team mates, his hat hoisted above his head, as he cheers in utter victory. David Well has signed all 10 of these prints in blue ink over his striped Yankee Uniform. Likewise, artist Arthur Miller signed the bottom right corner of each print in blue ink. These prints stand 27 x 19 inches and are unframed. This entire lot has been pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
