Presented is a painting by renowned sport’s artist James Fiorentino, of the great Mickey Mantle. Arguably the greatest switch hitter of all time, Mantle is painted in his infamous New York Yankee uniform, focused and ready to swing, with his concentration on the ball which is in mid air. This painting is colored and displays a moment which looks like it could have been captured by a photographer itself. James Fiorentino’s name is located on the bottom left of the piece, with the number “2000” written in black ink under it. This painting is matted and framed to the dimensions of 18 x 21 ½ inches.
