Dave Shultz had then honor of throwing out the first pitch in 2005 for the Reading Phillies. As a token of appreciation the Phillies presented Schultz with this jersey and a team signed baseball, both of which are offered in this lot. Schultz has signed the jersey and added the notation "472 Pims" which is a reference to his career penalty minutes. Personally signed LOA from Dave Schultz
