Former Heavyweight Champion Evander Holyfield was facing what all athletes have never been able to defeat – Father Time. However, the champion was giving Father Time a run for his money as his fourth comeback fight occurred on June 30, 2007 against the bigger Lou Savarese at the Don Haskins Convention Center in El Paso, Texas. Dominating the fight, Holyfield won a 10 round unanimous decision to improve his overall record to 42-8-2.
Offered are the boxing shorts worn by Holyfield during this bout. These size XL Grant Boxing white shorts have purple and red trim with the exterior of the shorts being a felt material and the inner material being satin. The adjustable waist has a purple and red stripe with “PSALMS 121-2” sewn on in red and purple tackle twill. The back of the shorts have the Grant Boxing logo sewn on the back waist. The Grant Boxing logo is also sewn on the bottom left front thigh. The shorts measure 24 inches from the waist to the bottom of the shorts and display excellent use with some minor staining. These match worn shorts come with a LOA from Craig Hamilton/JO Sports.
