The 2011 World Series will always be remembered for Albert Pujols’ awesome display of power in Game 3 where he hit three home runs in a single game. Until 2011, this was a feat only accomplished by Babe Ruth and Reggie Jackson. This bat was used by Pujols in Game 2 held on October 20, 2011. Pujols, perhaps resting for what he would unleash in Game 3, was hitless in four tries.

This Marucci AP5-M model bat is un-cracked and shows excellent use. Several ball marks with stitch impressions and white leather scuffs are visible and there is an impression of a weighted batting donut on the barrel. Cleat marks are present and there is a heavy coat of pine tar on the upper handle. The date of manufacture and specs are stamped into the knob end. Pujols has signed the barrel in silver ink adding “Game Used W.S.”. This bat comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B03769) who have graded this bat a GU 10 and MLB hologram (FJ 766015) who collected this bat directly from Pujols. This bat also comes with an additional LOA from PSA/DNA (AC04056) for his signature.
