Offered here is a vintage Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus poster, featuring The Incredible Unus. Billed as “The Talk of the Universe”, Unus was renowned for his ability to balance on one forefinger. He made his United States debut at Madison Square Garden and went on to achieve great fame as a showman and acrobat in the United States. This 25” x 321/2” poster shows to drawings of a pink-clad Unus performing his signature trick of balancing on one finger. This vibrant poster surely attracted thousands of spectators to Unus’ unique shows and made him one of John Ringling North’s greatest stars.
