Bold Team Canada jersey signed by all-time hockey great Wayne Gretzky. This is the style of jersey worn by “The Great One” during the 1987 Canada Cup which he later said was the best hockey he ever played in his life. The front of this fantastic jersey features a large red graphic red tackle twill maple leaf with “CANADA”. The captain’s “C” is on the right breast in red and opposite that on the left is the “Labatt Coupe Canada Cup” patch. The back sports the famous “99” below “GRETZKY”, also in red tackle twill. Each sleeve carries a large red maple leaf as well. Inside the collar is a size “52” tag and the bottom of the back tail has the embroidered “CCM” brand in black. Inside the bottom right of the jersey is a CCM tag with cleaning instructions. Jersey shows slight use with a small amount of staining on the shoulders visible. Gretzky has signed “Wayne Gretzky 99” in black marker on the front of the jersey between the Labatt patch and large maple leaf. Letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
