Presented here is a ticket to Game 7 of the 1998 World Series between the New York Yankees and the San Diego Padres. Game 7 would ultimately not happen as the New York Yankees would sweep the Padres 4 – 0. This would begin the first of three consecutive World Series that would see the Yankees emerge victorious. This particular ticket is signed in blue ink by former 14-time All-Star, and five-time World Series champ, Derek Jeter. Jeter’s would be voted 3rd for MVP that year, but would earn MVP in 2000, and then in 2003 would act as the Yankee’s Team Captain, until his retirement. This ticket has been encapsulated by PSA/DNA (83844744) and has been graded AUTHENTIC.
