Former Baltimore Orioles rightfielder Ken Singleton was a key player during the Orioles late 1970s and early 1980s great teams. Singleton appeared in two World Series with the O’s, winning it in 1983 against the Philadelphia Phillies and losing in seven games to the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1979. During the model years that Singleton used this Louisville Slugger R161 bat, the lefty hit a combined .278 with 51 home runs and 314 RBI. This bat displays outstanding use with a crack in the handle that has been secured. There are numerous ball marks and stitch impressions on all sides of the barrel. There are blue ink transfers from baseballs, along with blue and green bat rat streaks and an impression from a weighted donut. There is also a light coating of pine tar on the handle. This bat comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B10694), which has graded this bat a GU 8.
