Without David Ortiz, the Curse of the Bambino might still be intact. Big Papi batted .400 with five HRs and 23 RBIs in the 2004 postseason, including three clutch game-winning hits. Who better to symbolize the glory of Red Sox Nation than its fearless hero with his hands raised to the sky? Dan Duffy's pen-and-ink rendering delivers Boston's game log (date, score, opponent) for every contest from the April 4th season opener to the October 27th World Series Game 4 clincher. Measures 20 x 25 inches, framed to 26 1/2 x 3 inch dimension. A fine counterpart to Duffy's Fenway Park "Boston Strong" piece that sold in our May 2015 auction for just shy of $1,000.
