When Robinson Cano came up to the New York Yankees in 2005, Joe Torre said “his build presence at the plate and smoothness in his swing” reminded him of the great Rod Carew. Cano let his bat speak for him, batting .297 with 14 HR and 62 RBI and just missing out on winning the Rookie of the Year Award. His Louisville Slugger C271 model bat shows excellent use and is un-cracked. Cano has signed the barrel in silver pen and added “Game Used Rookie 2005”. This bat comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B10862) for the game use and a LOA from PSA/DNA (AC04475) for the signature.
