The 1951 Bowman set is one the most collected sets from the 1950's due to the inclusion of several important rookie cards. Of the cards representing veterans included in the set, the Ted Williams card is a real prize. The image of Williams on his 1951 Bowman card shows him in full swing, larger than life. This offered card is a superb example with vibrant print and tremendous corners. The back of the card is stain free and looks just as fresh as the front. Only five examples have been graded higher by SGC.
