Featured is a framed photograph and Christmas card of baseball standout Gil Hodges! Having played most notably for the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers, Gil Hodges was an eight-time All-Star, three-time Gold Glove winner, and a three-time World Series champion. After retiring, he managed the New York Mets to one of the greatest upset victories during the 1969 World Series over the Baltimore Orioles. Interestingly enough, having achieved massive success throughout his career, Hodges has never been inducted into the Hall of Fame. This fan favorite has yet to become an official Hall of Famer, but is widely considered a legend among baseball fans. This piece features Hodges in his Dodgers uniform catching a ball as the audience seeks to grab the ball first. Underneath is a Christmas card signed by Hodges in blue ink. This piece stands 18 x 21 inches and includes a LOA from PSA/DNA (AC04480).
