One of baseball’s most underrated and underappreciated Hall of Famers, Travis Jackson enjoyed a 15-year career spent entirely with the New York Giants. A sweet-hitting shortstop with an all-around game, “Stonewall” Jackson finished his career with a stellar .291 batting average. The Veterans Committee selected Jackson for Hall of Fame induction in 1982, five years before his death. The item offered here is a Rawlings Official National League Charles S. Feeney baseball signed on the sweet spot by Jackson. He inscribed his signature in blue ballpoint pen on this slightly toned ball. This item comes pre-certified by Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication.
