No serious classic baseball card collection can be without a Clemente rookie. A superstar on the field and an incredible humanitarian outside the ballpark, Roberto Clemente's life is the stuff of which legends are made. The offered card is a stellar example. All four corners appear never-touched. The image is very clean, and is surrounded by crisp, clean white borders. The reverse is boldly printed, with just a nuance of mellow and natural toning of the cardboard. A magnificent specimen of this important card, in Near Mint to Mint condition.
