Presented is a signed photograph of legendary New York Yankee players Roger Maris, Yogi Berra, and Mickey Mantle. These three men are depicted with their road Yankees uniforms, each player holding a bat over their soldier, and all smiles. These three players would help lead the New York Yankees on an incredible run including their 1961 and 1962 World Series wins over the Cincinnati Reds and San Francisco Giants respectively. Because of their success the trio pictured, along with several other players were known as “The Murderer’s Row” a tribute to the original Murderer’s Row of the 1920’s.
All three players have signed the picture above their own image in black ink. This piece is matted and framed to the dimensions of 18 ½ x 16 ½ inches. This item comes with a prior JSA Auction Letter and a full LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication.
