Known as “The Grey Eagle” Tris Speaker was a centerfielder who is regarded one of the best offensive and defensive players in Major League history. Speaker began his professional career with the Boston Red Sox. While with the Red Sox, he led the team to two World Series championships in 1912 and 1915. After being traded to the Cleveland Indians, he would become a player/manager and lead them to their first World Series Championship. This item is a postcard that features Tris Speaker, wearing his Cleveland Indians uniform and Speaker has signed this postcard in blue ink. This card has been encapsulated by PSA/DNA (83943173) and has been graded AUTHENTIC.
