Josh Donaldson finished 2015 as the first Toronto Blue Jay to win the American League MVP Award since George Bell in 1987. He roared into 2016 in a continuation of his MVP season. Highlights include a 3-home run game against the Minnesota Twins and a .500 post-season batting average. Donaldson earned his third consecutive all-star appearance and finished the season with 37 home runs and 99 RBI, while maintaining a solid .287 average.
This Marucci JD20 CC-M model bat shows moderate use and is un-cracked. Ball marks are present on the barrel and a light coat of pine tar is on the handle. A blue sticker with the “20” in the Blue Jays number style is adhered to the knob. Donaldson has signed the barrel in silver pen adding “Game Used 16”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B12519) for the game use and has been graded a GU 9.5 and a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (C10005) for the signature.
