Josh Donaldson finished 2015 as the first Toronto Blue Jay to win the American League MVP Award since George Bell in 1987. He roared into 2016 in a continuation of his MVP season. Highlights include a 3-home run game against the Minnesota Twins and a .500 post-season batting average. Donaldson earned his third consecutive all-star appearance and finished the season with 37 home runs and 99 RBI, while maintaining a solid .287 average.
This Marucci JD20 CC-M model bat shows moderate use and is un-cracked. Ball marks are present on the barrel, along with several heavy cleat mark indentations. “20” is stamped n black on the knob, along with the manufacture date “06/29/16”. Donaldson has signed the barrel in silver marker adding “Game Used 16’ ”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B12521) for the game use and has been graded a GU 9.5 and a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (C10004) for the signature.
