Cincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto wore this gray road jersey during a game against the Milwaukee Brewers at Miller Park on August 29th, 2015. The Reds won this game 12-9, thanks in large part to the heroics of the former National League MVP. Votto finished 3-5 with three RBI in a vintage performance. In the fourth inning, his RBI single knocked Brewers starter Matt Garza out of the game, and his ninth inning two-run home run, the 188th of his career, put the Reds ahead for good, 10-9. J.J. Hoover picked up the win for the Reds, with Aroldis Chapman striking out two Brewers in a perfect ninth to earn the save. Francisco Rodriguez ate the loss for the Brewers.

This gray, button down jersey has “CINCINNATI” sewn across the chest in red, white, and black tackle twill. Votto’s number “19” is sewn on the front and back of the jersey in red, white, and black tackle twill. “VOTTO” is sewn across the back shoulders in the same style tackle twill beneath a MLB logo. A Reds logo patch is sewn on the left sleeve above a Majestic logo, while a 2015 All-Star Game patch is sewn on the right sleeve. Red and white bands ring the sleeve openings. The underarm and sides of this jersey are made of a gray mesh fabric. A Majestic size “44” tag is sewn on the front left tail of the jersey. A size “44” flag is sewn on the left side. There is a stain and small rip on the top of the first “T” in “VOTTO” on the back of this jersey. Votto signed the “1” digit on the back in black marker, adding the inscription “Game Used 2015” to his signature. This item is accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA (AB66908) for the signature, and a MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ 955861).
