St. Louis Cardinals closer Lee Smith wore this jersey during the 1993 MLB All-Star Game. Although Smith did not appear in this game, he dressed for the Camden Yards-based exhibition. Smith played the majority of the 1993 season for the Cardinals before being traded to the Yankees. He recorded over 40 saves for the third straight season, finishing with 43 for the Red Birds and three for the Yankees.
