After finishing second in Rookie of the Year voting in 2005, New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano enjoyed a breakout campaign in 2006, finishing fourth in the American League with a .342 batting average.

This offered two-tone un-cracked Original Maple Bat Co. CANO 22NY model bat displays excellent use and was used by Cano in 2006. There are many ball marks with white leather ball scuffs and blue ink transfers and there is an impression of a weighted batting donut. Cleat imprints are visible throughout the barrel and there is a light coating of pine tar on the SAM logo. The lower handle and knob are taped in a spiral pattern to enhance the grip that runs approximately 9 ½ inches. The bat’s specs are hand-written on the top of the barrel end in black marker, which include the length “34”, weight “31oz”, manufacture date “2 6 06”, model number “CAN1” and order number “6843”. Cano signed his name in silver marker and inscribed “Game Used 2006 Season”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B07002) for the game use and has been graded a perfect GU 10. Also included is a LOA from JSA (Z02167) for the signature.
