Andrew McCutchen is one of the premier players in all of baseball, winning the 2014 National League MVP amidst four consecutive seasons of Top 5 MVP finishes. This 33.75 inch, 30.9 ounce Louisville Slugger C271 model bat with a cupped end was used during his rookie season of 2009. The bat was manufactured in 2008, but based on the grain identifier on the handle it was inspected by MLB for use during the 2009 season. This bat is un-cracked and exhibits excellent game use with ball marks and stitch impressions on the barrel. There is a moderate coat of pine tar on the upper handle and a light pine tar coating on the lower handle. McCutchen signed his name in silver marker on the barrel. This bat comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B11117) for the game use and has been graded a “GU 8.5” and a LOA from JSA (Y85121) for the signature.
