Dave Corzine, the sturdy center for the Chicago Bulls during the 1980s, wore this white home jersey circa 1982-1986. Corzine joined the Bulls in 1982 from the San Antonio Spurs, traded in exchange for Hall of Fame center Artis Gilmore. Corzine played seven seasons in Chicago, averaging 9.8 points and 6.3 rebounds per game for a team on the cusp of greatness. A 1978 first round draft choice by the Washington Bullets, Corzine retired after the 1990-91 season.
This jersey is white, with a red and black “BULLS” screen printed across the chest. Corzine’s number “40” is similarly screen printed on the front and back of the jersey. “CORZINE” is screen printed across the back shoulders in red. A Rawlings size “46” flag is attached to the back inside collar. This jersey shows ample evidence of use, and is stained slightly on the front. This Dave Corzine jersey comes with a LOA from MEARS, who have graded it an exceptional A9.
