Recently elected Hall of Famer Ivan Rodriguez used this Cooper P72 model bat during the early years of his career while with the Texas Rangers. While using this two-toned bat during the 1993-1995 seasons, Rodriguez combined for 38 home runs and batted over .300 (.303) for the first time in 1995. This bat displays light use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks with stitch impressions, along with bat rack streaks and cleat imprints on the barrel. There is some pine tar on the upper handle and the Rodriguez’s number “7”, bat length “34” and weight “32” has been stamped on the knob. A great early career gamer from one of the best catcher’s of all time and this bat comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14557) and there is an additional LOA from former Major League pitcher Lee Smith, who attests that this bat was given to him by Rodriguez.
