Presented here is a lot of three game issued or used bats from All-Stars of the 1990’s and 2000’s. The first bat was prepared for California Angels outfielder Garret Anderson sometime during his first three Major League seasons, from 1994 to 1996. A three-time All-Star, Anderson was a key member of 2002 Angels, the only Los Angeles team to win a World Series title. This black bat is a Louisville Slugger C271 model ash bat, and is un-cracked. Anderson’s number “16” is written on the knob in silver marker. This item comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14579) and a LOA from former MLB pitcher Lee Smith, who attests that this bat was given to him by Anderson and has been in his private collection.

The second bat was prepared for Edgar Martinez, the sweet-swinging designated hitter who played all 18 seasons of his career for the Seattle Mariners. This bat, a Rawlings Adirondack Big Stick 456B model, was prepared for Martinez in 1995, the same season his famous double sent the Mariners to their first ever American League Championship Series. This un-cracked ash bat has a natural finish, and has been signed on the barrel by Martinez in black marker. This item comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14580), a LOA from former Major League pitcher Lee Smith, who attests that this bat was given to him by Martinez and has been in his private collection and a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication for the signature (C11909).

The final bat is a Louisville Slugger C271 walker finished ash bat made for Fred McGriff during the 1991-93 era, when he took the field for the San Diego Padres and Atlanta Braves. This un-cracked bat displays excellent use, however as the number “17” is written on the knob and barrel end, use cannot be attributed to the “Crime Dog”. McGriff did sign the barrel of the bat, using gold marker to write his signature. This item comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14578), a LOA from former Major League pitcher Lee Smith, who attests that this bat was given to him by McGriff and has been in his private collection and a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication for the signature (C11933).
