Strawberry hit 11 home runs, with 36 RBI and 13 doubles in his abbreviated season. This bat is a Mizuno World Win model ash bat with a natural finish. It exhibits light use, and is signed on the barrel in black marker by Strawberry.      The second bat belonged to David Justice, who used it in 1990. Justice was the National League Rookie of the Year that season, hitting 28 home runs with 78 RBI and a .282 batting average for an Atlanta ballclub in its first season of management under Bobby Cox. A 14-year pro, Justice played his final season in 2002 for the Oakland Athletics. This bat, a Louisville Slugger K44 model, is ash with a flame burned finish. It measures 34.5 inches, weighs 33.2 ounces, and features checking on the back of the barrel. Justice’s number “23” is written on the top of the barrel and the knob in black marker. Additionally, a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (C11920) authenticates the signature.

The final bat was used by Gary Matthews during the 1984-86 era. During that time, Matthews suited up for the Chicago Cubs. The 1973 National League Rookie of the Year had his best season of that era in 1984, batting .291 and finishing fifth in the MVP race. This flame burned Louisville Slugger is a D162 model, measures 34.5 inches, and weighs 32.8 ounces. It is uncracked, and shows evidence of light use.
