Graded NM 7 by BVG. Hall of Famer. This is the only example at its tier (with two graded higher) among a total of just eleven copies recorded in BVG's census reporting. This interesting and scarce, large-sized collectible features Mickey Mantle in an endorsement appearance as a member of Rawlings' star-packed "Advisory Staff." (Presumably, staff members could be counted upon to "advise" in favor of the purchase of Rawlings-branded sporting equipment!) The piece displays a delightful image of the Yankee slugger, and its presentation quality is extremely pleasing. Essentially uncirculated Near Mint condition.
