In just his second season in the Majors in 2005, Minnesota Twins catcher Joe Mauer was beginning to show flashes of his hitting prowess that would make him one of the elite offensive catchers in the game. In 2005, Mauer finished the season with an impressive .294 average and chipped in with nine home runs and 55 RBI. Mauer used this MAXBat Model J26 model bat during that 2005 season.
