Presented here is a piece of canvas artwork of Derek Jeter by noted sports artist Karen O’Neil Ganci. Jeter is pictured here with a beaming smile on his young face, clapping with one hand in a black mitt. This canvas was created in honor of his 1998 World Series victory with the New York Yankees, and features “World Series Champion” painted in gold and “1998” on both parts of the baseball that serves as the background for this piece. The bottom has a Yankee logo and two gold “24”s. Jeter signed this piece in silver marker. Ganci, a one-time contestant on the television program “Big Brother” also signed the piece, adding the year, “2000” to her signature. This item is a limited edition 25 out of 25. This piece comes with a LOA from JSA (B81829).
