Presented in this lot is a 5x7 Photo of the 509 Composite Group’s Logo with the autographs of five of the crewmembers. The logo is much like a traditional styled tattoo in its design. The background of the logo is a single white star enveloped in a yellow circle. In the center is a green dragon with a yellow under belly breathing fire, holding two missiles in both hands, while surfing the skies on a white jet. The dragon has his tail wrapped tight around the tail end of the jet like a boa constrictor. All of the autographs on this piece have been signed in blue pen and are in excellent condition. The Signatures include: Paul Tibbets (Pilot), Dutch Van Kirk (Navigator), Morris Jeppson (Weapon Test Officer), Richard Nelson (Radio Operator), and Thomas Ferebee (Bombardier). This multi-signed photograph comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (AB12701).
