Presented here is a piece of lined paper signed by Boston Red Sox legendary left fielder Ted Williams. The last man to hit over .400 in a Major League season, William’s .406 batting average in 1941 stands the test of time as one of baseball’s most revered statistics. The Red Sox slugger had an unparalleled eye at the plate, and still holds the MLB record with a .482 on base percentage. Williams, a member of the National Baseball Hall of Fame class of 1966, signed this cut in black pen. This item has been encapsulated and graded a MINT 9 (auto grade only) by PSA/DNA (81427840).
